CR Capital Management recently held a study workshop on the mid-term review of the 14th Five-Year strategy. At the meeting, we gathered ideas and formed a consensus on how to fulfill all the requirements of the China Resources Group (CR) for this review. The meeting was attended by our management team as well as the heads and key business professionals from our departments and funds. Notably, leaders from CR's Strategic Management Department and the Strategic Development Department of China Resources Capital Holdings Co., Ltd. (CR Capital) also attended the meeting.
Our Strategy Department introduced the background of this mid-term review. It also delved into the specific review requirements put forth by CR and CR Capital. Additionally, external experts were invited to share their industry insights and present case studies from benchmarking companies. Participants were split into groups for learning and discussions. These discussions focused on clarifying the positioning of CR Capital Management in the 14th Five-Year strategy, as well as approaches and actions to optimize the strategy implementation. Moreover, they discussed strategies for bolstering support for CR's development and responding to changes in regulatory policies. All participants expressed their views freely on the workshop topics based on their practical work experiences. Following the group presentations, each team showcased and reported on their workshop results.
According to the requirements for the mid-term review and the higher-level supervision principles, leaders from CR's Strategic Management Department and CR Capital's Strategic Development Department offered valuable advice for our subsequent work activities. Their insights are instrumental in guiding how we approach our following tasks.
