Mr. Qin is the General Manager and CEO of CR Capital Management.
He served as the Vice General Manager of China Resources Financial Holding Co., Ltd., the Assistant Director of the Board Office in China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd., and the Assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the CR Group. Previously, he served as the Secretary of the Board of Directors at China Merchants Group, the Assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Directors at China Merchants Group, and the Head of corporate finance at China Merchants Securities in Beijing. He has more than 10 years of senior management experience in private equity investment funds and securities investment.
Mr. Qin holds a BBA degree from the Upper Iowa University in USA and an MBA degree from the New York Institute of Technology.
Mr. Li was formerly an Executive Director and the Vice Chairman of China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Limited and the Chairman of China Resources Pharmaceutical Commercial Group Co., Ltd. He served as a Director of China Resources Pharmaceutical Holdings Company Limited, China Resources Pharmaceutical Investment Co., Ltd., and Beijing Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. He also served as the President of China Resources Pharmaceutical Commercial Group Co., Ltd., and the Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President of China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Limited.
Mr. Feng is currently an independent director of CR Capital Management.
Prior to his current position, he served as Division Director of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, Deputy General Manager of the Human Resources Department at China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd., and Deputy General Manager at China Resources Breweries (Panjin) Co., Ltd. With many years of experience in leadership positions, he has held a number of significant roles, including Deputy General Manager at China Resources Land (Beijing) Co., Ltd., and Chief HR Officer, Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Party Committee Secretary at China Resources Bank of Zhuhai Co., Ltd. He also served as Senior Vice President at China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Limited, Supervisor at China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and Supervisor at Dong'e Ejiao Co., Ltd. Additionally, he worked as Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Chairman of the Strategy Committee of the Board of Directors at China Resources Double-Crane Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
