CR Capital MGMT, formerly known as Harvest Capital established in 2006 with a focus on real estate investments, is the fund business management platform and strategic emerging industry direct investment platform of CR Group. In August 2016, it was officially renamed CR Capital MGMT. In March 2017, it was elevated to a first-tier profit center of CR Group. In December 2023, it was repositioned as a directly affiliated entity of CR Group.
To date, CR Capital MGMT has invested in over 170 projects, with total funds under management of more than RMB 40 billion. Its portfolio companies have achieved an IPO success rate of over 12%, with nearly 60% of the invested projects falling within strategic emerging industries, and more than 80% serving CR Group’s core business segments.
