CR Capital MGMT, established in 2006, was officially upgraded to a first-tier profit center of CR Group in March 2017, and adjusted from a business unit of CR Group to a directly affiliated institution of the Group in December 2023.
CR Capital MGMT adheres to national strategies, follows regulatory requirements, and serves the Group's development. As the "fund business management platform" and the "direct investment platform for strategic emerging industries" of CR Group, we coordinate and manage the Group's industrial funds, guided by the Group's directives, to guarantee that the fund business operates in a standardized, systematic, and robust manner. Furthermore, we actively engage in and cater to the Group's investments in strategic emerging industries, assisting it in expediting the layout of strategic emerging industries. By the end of the 14th Five-Year Plan, we aim to establish ourselves as an industry fund management platform and a strategic emerging industry direct investment platform controlled by the Chinese central state-owned enterprise, characterized by strategic focus, efficient operation, robust execution capabilities, and a streamlined yet capable organization.
Up to the end of 2023, CR Capital MGMT has launched more than 40 funds, with total management assets exceeding RMB 120 billion. And the total number of investment projects exceeds 170.
In recent years, CR Capital MGMT has always been prominent in the annual selections of authoritative evaluation institutions in the industry, including PEDATA, ChinaVenture, Chinese Venture, Venture Capital Research Institute and China FOF, and the mainstream financial media such as CAIJING, Securities Times and 21st Century Business Herald.
