Being integrity-based is the core value of CR and the foundation of CR’s business; being performance-driven is the support of CR’s development and expansion; being people-first is the purpose of CR’s value creation; and being innovation-oriented is the driving force for CR to meet challenges.


Integrity-Based:

Be loyal and patriotic, advocate fairness and justice, observe law and discipline, respect the system, and stick to the bottom line of law and morality.

Abide by the commercial ethics and contractual spirit, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of stakeholders, keep promises, and promote the unity of knowing and doing.

Advocate sincere and frank interpersonal communication, be neither absolute obedient to the superior nor arbitrary, and build a simple and transparent management atmosphere.


Performance-Driven:

As a commercial organization, CR deems performance as the lifeline of survival and development. Only by persisting in the competition with strength, seeking returns with efforts and proving itself with performance, can CR continue to create value for the society. CR emphasizes the “uniformity” of performance, which is not only reflected in operation scale and development speed, but also reflected in the improved organizational capacity, the innovative management mode, the cultivation of excellent talents, etc. Performance shall be comprehensive, balanced and high-quality.

A business without growth is not a good business, and a team without achievements is not a good team. Performance is an important criterion for CR to select, employ, evaluate and motivate people.


People-First:
