Among them, the mission answers “why we exist”, which embodies the lofty responsibility of CR as a state-owned enterprise, and is the internal driving force for the sustainable development of CR; the vision answers “where we are going”, which describes the ideal blueprint for all CR people to strive for, and is the pursuit that CR must establish to perform its solemn mission; the values answer “what should we do”, which is the core of CR culture, as well as the value standard and basic belief that all CR people must believe in and always adhere to; the development concept answers “what laws do we follow”, which is the general principle guiding the operation and management activities of CR, and the commercial philosophy must be followed in order to perform the mission and realize the vision; the enterprise spirit answers “what kind of inner attitude and behavior style should we have”, which is the team temperament and spiritual style that all CR people should have, and is an extension of CR’s values in ideological and behavioral aspects of employees.
