General Manager, CR Capital MGMT
Mr. Zhang once served as the Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of CR Asset Management. In his previous roles at the company, Mr. Zhang was Deputy General Manager, General Manager of Business Division I, and General Manager of the Strategic Development Department.
Before joining CR Asset Management, Mr. Zhang worked at a leading domestic private equity firm, where he was instrumental in the creation of multiple funds, managing a total portfolio exceeding RMB 40 billion. He has extensive experience in equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, and distressed asset management, with a proven track record across the full investment lifecycle, from early-stage startups to companies in their decline phase.
Mr. Zhang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Tsinghua University.
Ms. Nie is the Deputy General Manager and Chief Talent Officer at CR Capital Management. She has more than 15 years of senior management experience in human resources management.
Ms. Nie used to be the Senior Deputy General Manager and the Senior Professional Director of the Human Resources Department at China Resources Power Holdings Co., Ltd. She also used to be the Senior Manager of the Human Resources Department at the CR Group. Previously, she worked in the General Administration of Customs.
Ms. Nie holds an MBA degree from Tsinghua University.
Mr. Zeng is the Deputy General Manager and Chief Risk Officer of CR Capital Management.
He excelled in multiple roles at China Resources Group, including Director of Financial Business and Director of Fintech Business in the Strategic Management Department. Additionally, he served as a specialist member of the Investment Pre-approval Committee and the head of the Secretariat of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle. He also brought his talents to other organizations, such as China Merchants Group, COSCO Group, and AIA Group. With more than 15 years of senior management experience in the insurance industry, strategic management, and investment and M&A, Mr. Zeng brings a wealth of expertise to his current role.
Mr. Zeng obtained his Master's degree in Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and participated in an exchange program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in the United States.
