Mr. Qin served as the Deputy General Manager of China Resources Financial Holding Co., Ltd., the Assistant Director of the Board Office at China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd., and the Assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Directors at CR Group. Previously, he served as the Secretary of the Board of Directors at China Merchants Group, the Assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Directors at China Merchants Group, and the person in charge of the institutional business of China Merchants Securities in Beijing.
Mr. Qin holds a BBA degree from the Upper Iowa University in USA and an MBA degree from the New York Institute of Technology.
Mr. Zhang is the Co-Chief Investment Officer and Deputy General Manager at CR Capital Management. He has more than 15 years of senior management experience in private equity investment funds, and domestic and foreign merger integration.
Mr. Zhang used to be the Director of M&A business, the Director of real estate business, the Director of financial business in the Strategic Management Department at the CR Group. He has also served as a Professional Member of the Investment Pre-Review Committee in the CR Group and the Vice Director of the Investment Pre-Review Office at the CR Group. Previously, he served as the Assistant General Manager of the Merger and Finance Department at Haitong Securities, and the investment director at Global Mart Ltd.
Mr. Zhang holds a PhD from the School of Management at Fudan University.
Ms. Nie is the Deputy General Manager and Chief Talent Officer at CR Capital Management. She has more than 15 years of senior management experience in human resources management.
Ms. Nie used to be the Senior Deputy General Manager and the Senior Professional Director of the Human Resources Department at China Resources Power Holdings Co., Ltd. She also used to be the Senior Manager of the Human Resources Department at the CR Group. Previously, she worked in the General Administration of Customs.
Ms. Nie holds an MBA degree from Tsinghua University.
Mr. Zeng is the Deputy General Manager and Chief Risk Officer of CR Capital Management.
He excelled in multiple roles at China Resources Group, including Director of Financial Business and Director of Fintech Business in the Strategic Management Department. Additionally, he served as a specialist member of the Investment Pre-approval Committee and the head of the Secretariat of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle. He also brought his talents to other organizations, such as China Merchants Group, COSCO Group, and AIA Group. With more than 15 years of senior management experience in the insurance industry, strategic management, and investment and M&A, Mr. Zeng brings a wealth of expertise to his current role.
Mr. Zeng obtained his Master's degree in Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and participated in an exchange program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in the United States.
