As the CEO and Managing Director of CR CP Life Science Fund,
Mr. Zhou has over 20 years of experience in the industry as a cardiovascular surgeon and has been responsible for sales and marketing, clinical research, and business development positions at multinational pharmaceutical companies Novartis, Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline and Takeda. He also has experiences in startup companies.
With his extensive industry experience and vision, Mr. Zhou is responsible for the overall strategic development of the healthcare sector in the Strategy Department of CR Group.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Medicine from Peking University and a FMBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Managing Director, CR CP Life Science Fund
Mr. Liu is now the Managing Director of the CR CP Life Science Fund, whose shareholders, CR Group and CP Group are on the Fortune Global 500 List. Before that, Mr. Liu was the Business Director of the Strategic Management Department at CR Group, responsible for strategic research and project investment in life science and technology; and as Senior Director of China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (HK: 03320), responsible for business development and international cooperation. He has also served as the Senior Director of China Resources Pharmaceutical Business Group, the General Manager of China Resources Pharmaceutical Airport (Beijing) International Trading Co., Ltd., the Deputy General Manager of Beijing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and the COO of Zhoulin Bio-spectrum Technology Co., Ltd. Prior to 2004, Mr. Liu was a pharmacy manager at CVS Group in the United States, and worked at the New York Healthcare Group as a clinical pharmacist.
Managing Director, CCT Industry Pilot Fund
Mr. Wang used to be the Associate Director of the Investment Department at CR Capital Management, the Senior Manager of China Resources Financial Holdings, the Investment Manager of China Resources Investment Holdings, and the Vice President of the Finance Department at China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd.
Mr. Wang holds a master’s degree from the University of St Andrews in the UK.
Managing Director, China Resources Innovation Equity Investment Fund
Mr. Chen used to be the Director of Finance and Securities at Sanjiu Enterprise Group’s Debt Restructuring Office and the Investment Manager and Business Development Manager for the Investment and Development Department at CR Sanjiu Group. He has also served as the Head of the executive committee at China Resources University’s Case Center, the Head of the China Resources Innovation Committee Secretariat and Innovation Working Group, and is now the Managing Director of the China Resources Innovation Equity Investment Fund.
Mr. Chen holds a BA degree from Nankai University.
