CR Capital Mgmt Arranges a Visit to Shenzhen to See its Progress
Released:2023-04-21

On April 14, CR Capital Management arranged a visit to Shenzhen for our Hong Kong employees to facilitate exchanges and interactions between the two cities after the pandemic. This "Vist Shenzhen and See its Progress" tour aimed to enhance our Hong Kong colleagues' understanding of the mainland's development and China Resources' industrial layout, mission, and responsibilities.

Our colleagues were amazed by the incredible progress that Guangdong Province has made since its reform and opening up 40 years ago, as evidenced by the various exhibits on display at the anniversary exhibition, with a particular focus on the stunning changes in Shenzhen. Each and every one of them was filled with pride for the remarkable accomplishments made by our country.

While visiting the exhibition hall showcasing the China Resources Group's history and culture, our colleagues delved into the profound history of the Group's unwavering commitment to the prosperity and rejuvenation of our nation. Throughout our 85-year history, China Resources Group has remained agile and responsive to the ever-evolving landscape, transforming and reinventing ourselves along the way. This challenging journey has imbued all the visitors with a stronger sense of responsibility for their work and a greater sense of honor for their mission.

In the afternoon discussion and sharing session, the attending employees expressed their opinions freely. Our Hong Kong colleagues shared their perspectives and suggestions on how our company could further thrive based on their work experiences. They kept praising how amazing it was to have face-to-face interactions, saying, "This kind of communication is just incredible." They were also deeply grateful to the company for giving them the opportunity to experience the charm of the magnificent China Resources Tower. One employee said, "We have gained a new understanding of the history of our country, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong. We hope that the company can organize more similar activities." Nie Rong, Vice President of CR Capital Management, stated that the visit to Shenzhen was organized specifically for our Hong Kong colleagues. By experiencing the changes in Shenzhen and Hong Kong and gaining an insight into China Resources' business expansion, we expect our colleagues to better understand and cooperate with each other as they embrace these changes. We also hope that by strengthening internal communication and external connections, each employee will be able to contribute more of their strength to the development of our company.
