In a bid to mark CR’s 85th and CR Group's 40th anniversaries, CR Capital MGMT Union organized the "Competence Cup" series, comprising various cultural and sports activities. These events, including badminton, tennis, and outdoor team-building, aimed at strengthening cultural promotion and guidance, enriching the cultural and sports life of employees, and promoting CR's “red gene” heritage among its members and employees of invested companies in Shenzhen.
“Imagining 'Feathered' Futures” Badminton Match
Jointly organized by the Badminton Association of CR Capital MGMT Union and the Fifth Party Branch, a badminton exchange match, themed on "Linking Beauty, Imagining 'Feathered' Futures”, unfolded enthusiastically at the Shenzhen Bay International Badminton Exchange Center. Employees from investee companies DIRUI and C&B Eureka in Shenzhen were invited to participate, sharing the joy and challenges of the sport.
The several-hour-long event drew nearly 50 enthusiastic participants. On the court, participants fervently displayed their team spirit and passion for badminton, sweating it out in each match. The logistics team worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure a seamless event, creating an engaging experience for both the competitors and the cheer squads. During the match, everyone gave their all and encouraged each other, competing not just for awards but also fostering friendships on the court.
“8540 Journey Together”: the Dongxi Chong Adventure
Recently, CR Capital MGMT Union's Outdoor Sports Association organized a group of over 20 employees for the “8540 Journey Together" hiking and team-building event at Shenzhen's Dongxi Chong. Embracing the beauty of nature with autumn breezes, bird songs, and insect chirps, the team trekked amidst scenic mountain and sea views.
Listening to the waves and the whistling wind, they encouraged each other through the nearly 5-hour journey, overcoming challenges together. This event relieved stress, strengthened friendships, and fostered a team spirit of unity, courage, and aspiration.
"Net Forward, Together Anew" Tennis Match
The "Net Forward, Together Anew" 8540 Competence Cup Tennis Invitational, organized by CR Capital MGMT Union's Tennis Association, was successfully held at the tennis court of Shenzhen Bay Sports Center. Nearly 30 players from CR Capital MGMT, DIRUI, and IKAS participated in the match. Demonstrating skilled play and agility, the athletes enlivened the court, while the vibrant cheers from the sidelines warmed the chilly winter atmosphere with laughter and enthusiasm.
Every net connects friends, every ball opens a new world. Employees from CR Capital MGMT and its investee companies gathered to bond over tennis, exchanging tactics and fostering camaraderie through joint team efforts. This event not only brought them closer but also let them experience the essence of sportsmanship and the charm of CR culture.
