Our Labor Union boasts many cultural and sports associations, such as the Basketball, Football, Badminton, and Tennis Associations. The Outdoor Sports Association, the Joyful Reading Society, the Lifestyle Adventurers Alliance, the Mental Gymnastics Association, the Art Society, and the Runyan Writing Club also conduct activities regularly. Our Labor Union is gearing up to launch a series of practical initiatives aimed at serving the masses. It will then plan to leverage the strengths of these cultural and sports associations in connecting and rallying our employees. To foster a more vibrant and inclusive workplace culture, we will actively solicit input and ideas from our employees. Based on their feedback, we will improve the structure of our associations or interest groups and carry out innovative and engaging activities in diverse formats. By doing so, we hope to provide our employees with a greater number of more enjoyable cultural and sports activities. These activities will help expand our employees' "circle of friends" and make employee relations more united and harmonious.
