On January 6, DIRUI's national postdoctoral programme inauguration ceremony was successfully held at its Changchun headquarters. Many distinguished leaders and guests attended the event. They included Mr. Huang Ming, Deputy Director of Jilin Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Mr. Wang Yimin, Director of Expert and Postdoctoral Work Division of Jilin Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Mr. Dong Wei, Vice Dean of College of Electronic Science and Engineering of Jilin University, Mr. Yue Xiaofeng, Dean of College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Changchun University of Technology, and Mr. Wang Xuemin, General Manager of DIRUI. At the inauguration ceremony, Mr. Wang Xuemin, General Manager of DIRUI, expressed his heartfelt thanks to all the leaders and guests who attended the ceremony. He introduced that DIRUI has been focusing on the R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service of high-quality medical testing products for more than 30 years. While adhering to independent innovation, DIRUI is committed to collaboration between industry, universities, R&D institutions, and medical institutions, as well as their innovative development. DIRUI provides strong protection for public health by developing leading-edge products. This postdoctoral programme will make DIRUI more attractive to high-level professionals and thus start a new engine for its innovative development. Director Wang Yimin said in his speech that DIRUI, as a national technology innovation demonstration enterprise, is one of the leading enterprises in China's in vitro diagnostic industry. He expected DIRUI to utilize its talent and intellectual advantages by relying on its existing sound talent base and taking the opportunity of its postdoctoral programme being approved as a national postdoctoral programme. It should accelerate the construction of its postdoctoral programme and strengthen the exchange and collaboration with related postdoctoral programmes. It should continuously improve its management systems and mechanisms as well as its service support systems. It should continue to strengthen its industry leadership by striving to provide more new technologies, inventions, and directions for the in vitro diagnostic industry. It should continuously develop key technologies for in vitro diagnostics and strive to master the core links in the industrial chain. This will help DIRUI to dominate the high-end parts of the value chain and thus make a greater contribution to protecting people's lives and health.
