He Jian
He Jian is the executive director of CR Consumer Fund. In 2018, he joined the CR Capital Management, participated in the raising and establishment of two rounds of Consumer Fund, and promoted the fund's investment in ten projects such as Shuhai Supply Chain Solutions, Peak Sports, Ledi Culture (meland), A1 Snack Lab, and Engnice.
“I’m the voice for capability”: It’s my great honor to be selected as an Excellent Member. Thanks for the company, for leaders’ trust and colleagues’ help and support. In the future, I’ll stay strict with myself, stay true and forge ahead. I’ll keep making progress on industry-finance synergy, conduct great projects, and contribute to making CR better.
Jiang Hao
Jiang Hao serves as assistant general manager of Real Estate Fund Management Platform of CR Capital Management. He joined the CR Land after graduation in 2007 and served as the financial manager of the Audit Department, Kunming branch of CR Land, and Commercial Services Department of CR Land. He transferred to CR Real Estate Fund in June 2020, responsible for the financial and comprehensive management of the real estate fund. He achieved excellent performance in the equity restructuring of CR asset packages, the construction of financial functions and system of the real estate fund, and the reduction and exemption of taxes for new projects of the real estate fund.
