On October 12, the meeting on promotion of the strategy of "three highlands and four new missions" and investment environment (Shenzhen) by Changsha City was successfully held in Shenzhen Wuzhou Guest House. Wu Guiying, member of the Standing Committee of Hunan Provincial Committee and secretary of Changsha Municipal Party Committee, attended and delivered a speech.
At the collective signing ceremony of the project, Zhou Qingnian, secretary of the Party Working Committee of Changsha National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, and Wang Jianqiang, deputy general manager and chief investment officer of CR Capital Management, signed on the "Happy Song" Outlets project on behalf of both parties.
