On May 28, Dirui Industrial, an A-share listed in vitro diagnostic company invested by CR Capital Management’s medical device fund, held an investor exchange meeting in China Resources Financial Tower. Mr. An Guozhu, vice general manager and secretary of the board of Dirui Industrial, and Mr. Ni Bing, managing director of CR Capital Management and chairman of the supervisory board of Dirui Industrial, gave an overview of Dirui Industrial and introduced the 2021 business plan, strategic planning, and industrial collaboration of Dirui Industrial under control of CR Capital Management. This exchange meeting gathered nearly 30 professional institutional investors. At this exchange meeting, Mr. An Guozhu elaborated the product portfolio and current main product series of Dirui Industrial, including urine analysis, biochemical analysis, gynecological secretion analysis, chemiluminescence immunoassay, and standard laboratory. In addition, Mr. An Guozhu discussed with institutional investors on Dirui Industrial's 2021 business strategy, overseas market layout and future growth.
Mr. Ni Bing mentioned at the meeting that CR Group has a deep layout in the medical service and pharmaceutical business, Dirui Industrial is accelerating the pace of business synergy with CR Group's healthcare sector, and it is expected to bring favorable project window display and collaborative sales opportunities for the company. As the manager of Dirui Industrial's largest shareholder, CR Capital Management will adopt active market strategies and industrial M&A strategies to expand the company scale and enhance overall strength through capital operation.
