CR Capital MGMT actively advocates for its employees to embody and propagate the ethos the philosophy that “Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains Are Invaluable Assets”. On the 46th China’s Arbor Day in China, Feng Lin, the secretary of CR Capital MGMT’s Youth League Branch, led a group of young Party members, League members, and representatives from Hong Kong employees to partake in a community tree-planting event jointly organized by the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Municipal Youth Federation, the Hong Kong Shenzhen Youth Association, and the Municipal Volunteer Federation.
Basking in the bright spring sunshine, the young employees of CR Capital MGMT dug into the soil with shovels, nurtured saplings, and filled in the new soil, each step proceeding in an orderly fashion. Together, they planted tree seedlings, not only adding new shades of green to the “Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Forest” but also sowing the seeds of striving to become innovative youth of the Greater Bay Area and jointly creating a promising future for the region in the hearts of the young generation.
In the future, CR Capital MGMT will better guide the youth of Shenzhen and Hong Kong to actively play the role of a vanguard force and a rapid-response team, gathering youth “skills” and injecting the fountain of youth for the high-quality development of the Greater Bay Area.
