On November 7th, Dirui Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "DIRUI", stock code: 300396) officially inaugurated its "Runxinfang Employee Care Service Station". Lu Yue, the Professional Director of the HR Department of CR Group, Nie Rong, the Deputy General Manager of CR Capital Management, Wang Xuemin, the Secretary of the General Party Branch and the General Manager of DIRUI, Yuan Huijuan, the Deputy General Manager of the HR Department of CR Capital Management, Xiong Lingxia, the Deputy General Manager of the Finance Department of CR Capital Management, members of the General Party Branch team and the management team of DIRUI, relevant persons from the HR Department and Party-Mass Affairs Department, and representatives of the Party Branches, Labor Unions, Youth League Branches and Women's Committees participated in the inauguration ceremony.

At the ceremony, Lu Yue, the Professional Director of the HR Department of CR Group, introduced the initial intention and development history of CR Group's "Runxinfang Employee Care Service Station", which has landed in more than 30 cities so far, and DIRUI's "Runxinfang Employee Care Service Station" is the 68th station. Nie Rong, the General Manager of CR Capital Management, gave instructions on how DIRUI relies on the platform of "Runxinfang" to carry forward the red gene of CR Group, implement the "people first" corporate value, meet the multi-level needs of employees, and improve the employee care system.

Wang Xuemin, the General Manager of DIRUI, firstly expressed heartfelt thanks to the project team of "Runxinfang" from CR Group and CR Capital Management for their all-round counseling and support in the cultivation of the "Runxin Ambassador" and the construction of the "Runxinfang Employee Care Service Station". He said that as an invested enterprise of CR Industry Fund, DIRUI will take the opening of "Runxinfang Employee Care Service Station" as a new start for employee care work, actively carry forward and inherit the red gene of CR Group, and fulfill the mission of "Building a Healthy China". Meanwhile, DIRUI will carry out a series of lectures and psychological counseling activities using "Runxinfang Employee Care Service Station" as a carrier to provide employees with a richer platform for communication and exchange, to further deepen the implementation of "Serving the Masses with Practical Actions", and to effectively improve the employees' satisfaction and sense of well-being by conducting the employee service and care.
