On May 27, the first Shenzhen Staff Tennis Competition named "Shenzhen Staff Cup" held its opening ceremony and started its preliminary contest in Jianshang Sports Complex, Tennis Hall in Longhua District, Shenzhen. This competition is a key event of the third "Shenzhen Staff Sports Festival" hosted by Shenzhen Federation of Trade Unions, organized by Longhua District Federation of Trade Unions and Shenzhen Finance and Trade Financial Labor Union, and co-organized by the Federation of Trade Unions in each district (new district) and the Trade Union of each industry in Shenzhen. CR Group Tennis Team won the group championship.
Shenzhen's First Staff Tennis Competition,since its registration was initiated in April,is welcomed by all grass-roots trade unions and staff throughout the city who actively participate in the competition.More than 300,000 person-times are covered by the information dissemination related to the competition.5,000 employees in 500 teams from Trade Unions of each level in Shenzhen take part in the event.
Tennis Ambassador for municipal staff: Zhang Zhe from CR Capital Management
The municipal Federation of Trade Unions selected four young players from event participants as "Sports Ambassadors" to further popularize the event. They delivered the spirits and encouragement to employees in Shenzhen who love tennis via continual display of videos and posters. Zhang Zhe, a young employee of CR Capital Management and player from the tennis team of CR Group, was elected as a "Sports Ambassador".

Before the preliminary contest of the city, the first CR Group Tennis Competition named "CR Staff Cup" for CR employees in Shenzhen started its exiting matches. This event was hosted by CR Trade Union, organized by CR Land Trade Union, CR Capital Management Trade Union, and CR Land Shenzhen Trade Union, and sponsored by Peak Sport, an enterprise invested by CR Consumer Fund. A "gold team" of CR Group was formed by Li Sichen, Zhang Zhe, Hairihan, Li Yanyu, Cheng Jin and other powerful players who were selected from the matches. In the city's preliminary contest, all players in the CR Group tennis team which had been formed in less than a week achieved high grades by getting familiar with one another and being united to make great efforts, overcoming all the difficulties in the way even with several tie-breaks. The team defeated CCB, BOC, CMB, Ping An Group, Shum Yip Group and other "super hardcore" enterprises in tennis field of Shenzhen and won the group champion in the preliminary contest.

Zhang Zhe joined CR Capital Management in 2022. When at university, he was the captain of Xiamen University tennis team and won the men's doubles champion of University Student Games. He also was a member of Shenzhen tennis team and won the champions of Shenzhen U14 and U16 multiple times. When commenting on winning the group championship in municipal level, Zhang Zhe described his experience of participation on behalf of the tennis team of CR Group as "having a great sense of belonging". Different from his past matches, this event brought together teammates from CR Land, CR Mixc, CR Vanguard and CR Digital which were members of a solidary CR family. Wearing the jersey exclusively sponsored by the enterprise invested by CR Capital Management, provided with drinks, fruits and other supplies from C'estbon and BLT, and supported by the powerful "fan club" comprised of colleagues from CR Group, CR Land and CR Capital Management, all players will accomplish their mission to give their best efforts on the court. The group champion of preliminary contest just marks the beginning of the journey. In the next finals and in every match in the future, we will exert out energy to live up to youth and not disappoint expectation!
