The 3rd Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs Award Ceremony, organized by the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Entrepreneurs Union, was held simultaneously in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Macao via webcast on September 21. The Young Entrepreneur Award, the Best Entrepreneurship Award, the Best Technology Innovation Award, the Best Business Service Award, the Best Social Responsibility Award, and the Best Cultural Creativity Award were presented to 102 entrepreneurs. Mr. Dennis Choi, Managing Director of CR Capital Management's investment company and Managing Partner of Runnovation, was awarded as a Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Outstanding Young Entrepreneur.
This event received strong support from the Guangdong Provincial Government, the Governments of Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions, and the Liaison Offices of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions. The chambers of commerce in Hong Kong and Macao, the Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce, and academic institutions in Guangdong Province also provided assistance. This event was endorsed by the Hong Kong Government as one of the activities to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the motherland. Many distinguished leaders were present at this meaningful event. These leaders included Mr. Lee Ka Chiu John (Chief Executive of the Hong Kong SAR), Mr. Jonathan Choi (Chairman of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Entrepreneurs Union), Mr. Lei Wai Nong (Secretary for Economy and Finance of the Macao SAR), Mr. Zhang Xin (Vice Governor of Guangdong Province), Mr. Zhang Rongshun (Deputy Director of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Macao SAR), Mr. Wang Qiang (Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee), and Mr. Lyu Feng (Deputy Minister of the Economic Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong SAR). This ceremony was held simultaneously in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Macao via webcast.

John extended his congratulations to the award-winning outstanding young entrepreneurs. He encouraged all young entrepreneurs to continue to excel and contribute to the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. He highlighted that the construction of the Greater Bay Area is a key development strategy for national reform and opening up in the new era. To help Hong Kong youth seize development opportunities, the Hong Kong Government will implement the Funding Scheme for Youth Entrepreneurship in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Funding Scheme for Experiential Programmes at Innovation and Entrepreneurial Bases in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. In addition, the Government will continue to encourage young people from Hong Kong to pursue their dreams in the Greater Bay Area, thus nurturing a new generation that supports both the motherland and Hong Kong and embraces the world.

"In recent years, my team members and I have worked together with the support of the Company and completed a number of cross-border investment and financing projects. These projects included the GBP green loan project and several new energy and carbon peak and neutrality investment projects. As a representative of young employees of Chinese state-owned enterprises in Hong Kong, I am honored to receive this award. My company has vigorously implemented the country's and the Group's Greater Bay Area development strategy. It has continuously enhanced its financial services capabilities to support the development of this region. Moreover, my company has established excellent platforms to facilitate the growth and success of young people in the Greater Bay Area. All these have helped me to achieve this award. I will take this award as a new starting point and support national efforts. I will keep in mind my mission as a CR industrial investment fund worker and collaborate with more young people in the Greater Bay Area to create a brighter future for Hong Kong."
