On May 18, Mr. Carl Qin, general manager of CR Capital Management with the delegation visited Hubei Science & Technology Investment Group and had a discussion on deepening cooperation with Mr. Qin Jun, deputy secretary of CPC and general manager of Hubei Science & Technology Investment Group.
Mr. Carl Qin and the delegation visited the Wuhan Industrial Institute for Optoelectronics, Wuhan Artificial Intelligence Computing Center, and the exhibition hall of Hubei East Lake Science City, where they listened to the introduction of the construction and operation of the Institute for Optoelectronics and the Artificial Intelligence Computing Center, and learned about the overall planning and construction of the East Lake Science City.

He introduced the development of the East Lake High-tech Zone and Science & Technology Investment Group. He said that Science & Technology Investment Group is a
state-owned platform with the largest asset scale and the most extensive scope of business in the East Lake High-tech Zone. The company focuses on the development of three sectors of business including industrial investment, development and construction, and assets operation in the high-tech zone to boost the regional economic and social development. He presented the hope of in-depth exchanges and cooperation with CR Capital Management in the fields of technological innovation, industrial investment and industry-city integration to jointly promote the leap-forward development of East Lake High-tech Zone in terms of technological innovation, industrial development, talent recruitment, and industry-city integration. The two sides also exchanged views on topics such as the reform and high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.
It is highly appreciated by Mr. Carl Qin of the development achievements of East Lake High-tech Zone over the past 30 years and those of Science & Technology Investment Group over the past 17 years. He also introduced the functional positioning and development history of CR Capital Management.
