The South Reviews Spring Summit 2022 of "Talents, Capital, and Governance: Rebuilding China's Urban Attractions" hosted by the South Reviews was successfully held in Shenzhen. At this summit, the South Reviews officially announced the establishment of the "Shenzhen Institute" and released the "2022 China Urban Attraction Index Report". The summit had multiple rounds of topics to explore the relation between the current urban development in China and talents, capital, and governance.
Mr. Zhang Siping, former member of Shenzhen Standing Committee and deputy mayor, Mr. Shan Zhiguang, director of the Informatization and Industry Development Department of the State Information Center and director of the China's Smart City Development Research Center, Mr. Zhang Zhi'an, a professor at the Fudan Journalism School, and other well-known scholars and industry leaders attended the summit. They focused on discussing about the Chinese urban innovation and governance in various ways such as in-depth speeches, online dialogues, and roundtable forums. Mr. Carl Qin, the general manager and CEO of CR Capital Management was invited to give a keynote speech at the summit.
Keynote Speech
Taking the national policy orientation of technological innovation as the starting point, Mr. Qin systematically expounded how enterprises could play the main role in the development of technological innovation and shared the investment strategy in the era of technological innovation based on the strategic layout and investment cases of CR Industrial Fund. Mr. Qin also put forward four suggestions for tech entrepreneurs to help outstanding young people to innovate and start-up businesses
