On November 22, 2021, in order to thoroughly implement the "14th Five-Year Plan" of CR Capital Management, based on the actual situation of technology innovation sector funds, CR Capital Management held a seminar on technology innovation sector funds in Shenzhen. Dr. Tony Zhang, deputy general manager and co-chief investment officer of CR Capital Management, attended the meeting, and so did 30 participants, including leaders of middle and back office and colleagues in CR Capital Management, and members of sci-tech sector fund teams.
During the meeting, Dr. Tony Zhang made a speech on the strategic key points of "14th Five-Year Plan" in CR Group and the strategic "14th Five-Year Plan" in CR Capital Management, and gave guidance on the overall development direction of technology innovation sector funds during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. Afterwards, the participants were divided into groups and freely expressed their opinions and suggestions on the current situation of the technology innovation sector, as well as the strategic objectives, strategic initiatives and organizational culture under the "14th Five-Year Plan".
After wonderful brainstorming and group work, each group reported and discussed the results of the seminar in the afternoon. In this seminar, participants had more profound learning and experience on the "14th Five-Year Plan" of CR Group and CR Capital Management, and clarified the work direction of various funds in the technology innovation sector during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period through internal discussion.
Finally, Dr. Tony Zhang made a closing speech for the seminar; all fund teams are required to further execute and implement the company's strategy and contribute to the high-quality development of CR Capital Management during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period.
