From November 20 to November 21, CR Capital MGMT conducted an action learning event for spirit reshaping with the theme of "Deepening Reshapings & Galvanizing Collective Efforts" at China Resources Learning and Innovation Center Xiaojingwan Campus. During the event, leadership experts, including Cen Rongjin, Deputy Director of the Party-Masses Affairs Office of Shenzhen Capital Group (SCGC), and He Xuzhi, Professional Director of the Mass Work Department of China Resources Group (CR Group), were invited to deliver lectures. Over 40 people, including relevant colleagues from CR Capital, and senior executives, officers under their direct management, United Front Department's representatives, and business backbone personnel from CR Capital MGMT, participated in the learning and discussion session. As an integral part of this spirit reshaping event, CR Capital MGMT hosted a fun sports meet at the Shenzhen Bay Sports Center on the afternoon of November 21. Over 110 employees from Shenzhen, Beijing, and Hong Kong participated in the sports meet.
As the concluding session of the annual action learning campaign for deepening "Four Reshapings," this event aimed to review the outcomes of the previous three sessions. Mr. He Xuzhi, a senior lecturer from the Mass Work Department of CR Group, delivered a lecture titled Let the Light of the Spirit Illuminate CR's Way Forward, interpreting how CR Group has passed on the traditions of revolution and promoted entrepreneurship, as well as its historical and cultural context of continuous advancement amid the evolving times. Mr. Cen Rongjin from SCGC shared practical experience in his lecture, New Models for Patient Capital Development Through Party Building, from multiple perspectives including giving full play to the Party's leadership and creating VC-characteristic Party building, and offered cases for discussion.
During the subsequent seminar discussions and reporting sessions, each group initiated analysis from corporate spiritual and cultural diagnostics. Focusing on topics including "Cultural Values & Responsibilities," "Collaboration & Execution," "Team Development & Growth," "Discipline & Work Ethics," as well as exploring new dimensions of the "BEN LING" (Capability) Party building brand in CR Capital MGMT's new development phase, participants grounded their discussions in practical job requirements. They engaged in candid dialogues addressing pain points and challenges, sparking intellectual collisions through open-mindedness and free expression. This process yielded actionable research outcomes across multiple dimensions: supporting group-wide strategies, enhancing industrial collaboration, empowering ecosystem matrixes, highlighting distinctive features, and driving social engagement. These outcomes provide insightful perspectives for subsequent spirit reshaping initiatives and deeper integration of Party building with business operations. The action learning event also further deepened participants' understanding of the importance of strategic decision-making, collaboration, and risk awareness through the "Gold of the Desert King" sand table simulation project.
CR Capital MGMT's management team commented on the research outcomes of each group, shared insights gained from participating in this action learning session, and offered suggestions for CR Capital MGMT's next steps in development.
Zhang Fuzheng, General Manager of CR Capital MGMT, led the participants in a collective study session on the analytical interpretations of the guiding principles of the 4th Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. He also conveyed the key takeaways from the leadership speeches at CR Group's high-level training sessions, emphasizing the imperative to thoroughly study and implement the guiding principles of the 4th Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. It was underscored that the operational outcomes of this concluding year must solidify developmental foundations, while the strategic initiatives of the inaugural year should chart the fundamental roadmap for the development over the next five years.
Mr. Zhang Fuzheng emphasized in his closing remarks that for CR Capital MGMT's development and the formulation of its 15th Five-Year Plan, it is crucial to balance the "telescope" and "microscope" perspectives. This entails leveraging two key drivers: establishing robust systems and strengthening execution capabilities. He underscored the need to address critical issues, including enhancing business performance through Party building, eliminating internal inefficiencies and friction, aligning individual capabilities with organizational strength, and clarifying employee development pathways. He called on everyone to maintain firm confidence and adopt systematic thinking, ensuring that "every matter receives a response and every task is fully implemented" to guarantee the comprehensive execution of CR Capital MGMT's strategy.
On the afternoon of November 21, all employees participated in a Fun Sports Meet for All Staff under the theme "Full Force Ahead: Running Towards a Brighter Future." The sports meet featured six carefully-designed competitions: "Smooth Fundraising," "Precise Investment," "Effective Management," "Swift Exit," "Every All-Out Effort," and "Every Step Counts." These activities blended intense speed challenges with tests of wisdom and teamwork, as all team members enthusiastically collaborated, creating an energizing atmosphere that embodied the collective cohesion and competitive awareness of this spirit reshaping event.
At the conclusion of the event, Mr. Zhang Fuzheng presented flags to the six associations under CR Capital MGMT's Labor Union. The management team then awarded the champions, runners-up, and second runners-up of the sports meet, encouraging all staff to actively participate in such events and continuously achieve remarkable results.
CR Capital MGMT will further implement any outcomes from its annual action learning campaign for deepening "Four Reshapings," to foster the effective integration of strategy, organization, and culture and advance the high-quality implementation of its 15th Five-Year Plan.
