CR Capital Management has taken a significant step in bolstering CR Capital Management Trade Union’s pivotal role, enriching corporate culture, and fostering a strong sense of belonging and team unity among employees. In line with the company’s advancement of the “Four Reshaping Efforts”, the CR Capital Management Trade Union successfully organized the 2024 Fun Sporting Event in Shenzhen. The event was a melting pot of nearly a hundred employees from Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Beijing, and Shanghai, all competing in good spirits. Distinguished attendees included Qin Feng, General Manager and CEO; Zhang Zong, Deputy General Manager; Nie Rong, Deputy General Manager; Fen Lin, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer; and Peng Xiaowu, Chairman of the Trade Union, among other executives.
Participants were grouped into four teams: “Vanguard Team”, “Skills Team”, “Smiling Face Team”, and “Credit of the GBA Team”. The event featured seven thrilling activities: “Chasing Dreams on Foot”, “Walking with You”, “Buzzer Beater”, “One Hit to the Heart”, “Speed Connect Four”, “Heart-to-Hand”, and “Concentrate on the Rope”, which bring the competition to a fever pitch.
At the end of an intense contest, the “Skills Team” emerged as the champion, with the “Vanguard Team” securing the second place, and the “Smiling Face Team” and “Credit of the GBA Team” sharing the third spot.
