On July 5, CR Capital Management hosted the 2024 “July 1” Party Founding Day and Business Development Forum in Shenzhen. The company’s directors, management executives, heads of relevant departments and funds, and all Party members attended the event.
The morning session of the meeting consisted of two parts. First of all, Nie Rong, Deputy General Manager of CR Capital Management, presented and explained the company’s organizational structure and functional adjustment plan.

In the afternoon, heads of relevant departments presented detailed reports on the company’s financial performance and fund operations for the first half of the year.
General Manager Qin Feng provided insights into the current industry landscape and outlined critical tasks for the forthcoming phase, aligning with the group’s objectives set at the year’s start. He underscored the importance of “embracing new strategic positioning to forge innovative platforms and adopting fresh perspectives to drive development.” Qin expressed his vision for the company’s new chapter, encouraging colleagues to amalgamate newfound skills, assume enhanced roles, apply innovative thinking, and explore fresh opportunities, thereby infusing new value into the company’s business trajectory.
