Urban Integrated Development and Operation Team of CR Capital Organized the Seminar for the First Quarter of 2021

From April 21 to 22, the urban integrated development and operation team of CR Capital held the first quarter seminar in Shenzhen. With the goal of building up a synergistic team, this meeting was an in-depth discussion on topics such as investment and business through action learning based on the 2021 performance indicators and work plan of Real Estate Fund.

Work Report

Wang Jianqiang, Deputy General Manager and Chief Investment Officer of CR Capital, gave a report on the completion of the performance tasks of the Real Estate Fund in 2021 and deployed the next key work of the investment team (Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong) and the platform of Capital Management in 2021.

Ma Jianjun from Changsha Lugu project and Jiang Linhui from Beijing Donghu project reported the work progress of the projects invested by the Real Estate Fund, reflected and summarized the panoramic plan and stage work, and put forward the key work plan arrangement in 2021.

Wang Pei from Real Estate Fund analyzed QFLP policies, Fund models and cases, shared the communication progress of QFLP in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Hainan and Tianjin, and proposed the direction of subsequent breakthroughs.

Reflections on Real Estate Equity Fund Investment Triggered by the "Shen Fang Li" Incident

Yi Zheng from Real Estate Fund shared his thoughts on the investment triggered by the "Shen Fang Li" incident, and analyzed the referential significance of the case in simple language to the various stages of investment, financing, management and exit of real estate funds through the introduction of the course and the case model.

Introduction to Action Learning Tools

Jiang Hao from the Real Estate Fund gave publicity to implement the seminar tools used in this action learning, and provided effective tools to support the follow-up discussion by introducing seminar steps such as Fishbone Diagram, SMART Principles, Six Thinking Hats and other forms.

Topic Discussion

In view of the difficult points of work, this meeting arranged 8 topics for the analysis of action learning seminar in small groups, including how to do well in the investment of Bay Area, and how to do a good job in acquiring new projects in collaboration with AMC. The team members learned from each other through in-depth communication and finally formed a seminar program.

The debriefing session was conducted in a lively exchange and learning atmosphere, with each group reporting on the seminar topic, while actively conducting mutual reviews and exchanging opinions. Wang Jianqiang made a final summary speech on the topic presentation and awarded the Best Seminar Group Award (2 groups) and the Best Presentation Style Award (4 members).

The two-day seminar was busy and fulfilling, and the team members gained a deeper understanding and reflection on key tasks such as investment realization and project development. In the future, the urban integrated development and operation team will have a dream in mind, concentrate their efforts, move forward bravely and make further accomplishment.
